Shipping & Returns
Delivery:
1. For orders over £250 exclusive of VAT, Ornate Ltd operate a free one man delivery service and or third party courier to your door only (UK Mainland) Monday to Saturday excluding UK national and public holidays.
2. All orders below £250 exclusive of VAT attract a small delivery charge.
3. All unframed oil on canvas pictures are posted to your UK mainland destination complete with insurance free of charge.
4. Non-stock and bespoke items may take 6 to 7 weeks prior to delivery due to the handcrafted nature of manufacture
5. Non stock and bespoke paintings on canvas please allow up to 5 weeks delivery
6. For all other destinations please contact our customer service department for a quotation.

Returns:
1. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the date of delivery. You must notify us by phone of your intention to cancel within this time. After notification we will issue you a returns notification number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
2. Please note: that if you ordered incorrectly or you change your mind after the item has been dispatched, a re-stocking fee of 25% plus postage will be deducted from any refund issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. You are responsible for all costs to facilitate the return of the item to us. Orn-VII Limited Editions does not accept any liability for returned items until they have been received by us. For high value items, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method. Please ensure all items are returned in original packaging and are packaged suitable for the means of return transportation..

Non Returnable Goods:
1. Goods not returned in the condition they were received
2. Goods that are returned more than 14 days after returns authorisation
3. Goods that you received more than 7 days ago
4. Bespoke Goods and pictures ordered will not be subject to any refund policy as they are hand crafted to your specification.

Damaged Goods:
1. If you received damaged goods please contact our customer service department on the number above
2. We will arrange a returns authorisation and either a replacement or full refund once the goods have been received and inspected. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please notify customer services when applying for a returns authorisation.
3. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once delivered to our workshop
